Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

SingleRadar maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"). Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), as well as any form of grooming, sexualisation or exploitation of minors, is strictly prohibited on our platform. These standards describe the measures we take to prevent the availability of such content and to act against violations.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

SingleRadar is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. Before using the app, every person must confirm that they are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor is using the app, we remove the profile immediately and delete the associated data.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
• the sexualisation, sexual depiction or exploitation of minors;
• grooming, i.e. establishing contact with minors for sexual purposes;
• use of the app by minors or misrepresentation of age;
• human trafficking, sextortion and any other exploitation of children.

4. In-App Reporting

Within the app, every displayed profile can be reported via the "Report" button. The reporting dialog provides dedicated child-safety categories — "User is a minor" and "Child sexual abuse material" — as well as an optional free-text field for additional details. Reports can be submitted directly from the profile in question.

5. Our Response to Reports

Reports related to child safety are handled with the highest priority and urgency. If a violation is confirmed, we remove the content in question, permanently ban the responsible profile and preserve the evidence required for prosecution. Report data is retained independently of the app's regular deletion routine so that review and disclosure to the competent authorities remain possible.

6. Reporting to Authorities

We report identified or suspected child sexual abuse material to the competent regional and national authorities — in Germany in particular the Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt, BKA) — and, where applicable, to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with law enforcement within the framework of applicable law.

7. Legal Compliance

SingleRadar complies with all applicable child protection laws and with the policies of the respective app stores, including the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. We review and update these standards on a regular basis.
